  • As all of our services are digital design related all of our works are sent to our customers directly via email or other electronic means. Customers will have the option for a hard copy sent which will be provided first class recorded through the Royal Mail within 5 working days.

As we offer digitial services all of our virtual products are re-workable with a customer satisfaction guarentee. As such we offer no refund policy due to this unless there are extenuating circumstances which will be considered on a case by case basis.
